Short and plain, like everything else here.
What we collect
Only what you send us through our forms: your name, email, optional phone number, business details, your message and any files you upload.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, prepare your quote and, if you hire us, deliver your project. We don't sell or share your information for marketing, and we don't use advertising trackers on this website.
Where it's stored
On our own secured server. Files you upload are only available to Tidehouse Digital staff. If we use third-party tools (for example AI services) to work on your project, we'll tell you which ones and only share what the job needs.
How long we keep it
Requests that don't go ahead are deleted within 12 months. Project information is kept for as long as we work together and as required for tax records.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected]. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and BC's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
